What does an Umbrella Company Turkey offer ?
Umbrella Company Turkey system is a tripartite contractual relationship.
The employee can be any person with a sufficient level of expertise, qualification and autonomy to search his clients.
He is paid by the Umbrella Company Turkey, while being autonomous in the organization of his mission.
The employee must:
- solicit the client company (he is responsible for the client’s contribution) and negotiate the price and the service;
- provide a service to the client company;
- report on its activity to the portage company.
The payroll company must:
- exclusively carry out the activity of Payroll (only a Payroll company may enter into umbrella company employment contracts);
- accept only service missions (communication, finance, human resources in particular).
Obligations regarding the employee
In his relationship with the employee brought, the umbrella company Turkey must:
establish a work contract and complete the formalities related to it: hiring, remuneration, payment of social security contributions;
send him an activity account once a month. Detailing the payments made by the client company for the service provided, the management fees collected, the professional fees, the social and tax deductions, the net remuneration and the amount of the business allowance;
control the activity of the employee and offer him support services to develop his career plan;
on behalf of the employee, take out professional liability insurance.
It is not required to provide work to the employee.
