Job description
o Determines and shares best practices to achieve optimum drilling performance.
o Develop costs estimates and risks vs. rewards analysis to determine best operational methods to achieve chosen strategies.
o Prepare accurate cost estimates for new-drill projects and track performance metrics; maintaining accuracy between AFE and field estimated drilling cost.

o Optimize drilling program by recommending appropriate wellbore hydraulics, bit & casing seat selection, mud & cementing programs and procedures to predict & detect abnormal pressures.
o Reviews offset wells information to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
o Ability to communicate technical issues both internally and externally as company representative at industry technical forums and in working with operational partners and vendors.
o Supports field superintendents throughout drilling process and assists on-site as needed. Serves as primary contact for implementation team.

Who we are looking for
• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering required, Petroleum Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years applicable drilling experience.
• Strong Knowledge of rig operations, directional and horizontal drilling techniques required, horizontal drilling experience on US onshore regions imperative.
• Knowledge of well reporting software and Landmark drilling engineering software packages, preferred.
Turkey Work Permit and Turkey Resident Permit must be done by experts in Turkey. As it is not easy to obtain it easily, we are able to support you in your applications.
